Write him a memo on the results of your group’s Internet in the World 2019 activity on OECD Internet Policymaking Principles during Class 1. The report should briefly orient the Secretary to the questions posed for discussion, then summarize the successes and failures identified by the group. Use subsections to organize your report. You might try to identify patterns or make comparisons. Do U.S. strengths lie in different areas than international successes? Are certain policy items universally more successful?
